Shipping, Returns, & Payment Policies

Shipping:

All shipments are shipped insured with tracking. Order shipment notifications are sent once orders ship. In the continental US, all small objects ship USPS or UPS, typically same week but check lead times for specific pieces; most small objects ship free. All furniture (including international) orders require a shipping deposit at the time of purchase and final shipping cost will be determined prior to shipment. All furniture orders have two shipping options: white glove or standard shipping. All small objects ship with standard shipping. If you require specific shipping services or international shipping please email us and we will do our best to accomodate.

returns:

Given that most of our orders are made to order, we do not offer returns. From the time your order is placed you will have 72 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. If  your order arrives damaged, we will replace it, unless it is a limited release. Limited release or one of one items cannot be replaced, only repaired (free of charge). If your limited release item arrives damaged, you can send it back and receive a refund. All other orders are final sale.

PAYMENTS:

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards. We also accept ACH and wire transfers. In an effort to increase accessibility, we offer two payment plan options, zero-interest in-house or Klarna financing. Orders paid via our in house payment plan do not ship until the orders are paid in full. If you have any questions regarding either payment plan option or would like to set one up, please email us.
